I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room, located on the top floor with a lovely balcony and a side view of the lake, was very pretty. Though slightly small, the view and balcony more than made up for it, even with 4 pieces of luggage. The service was excellent, with the staff offering to meet us early in the morning and assisting with car troubles. The location was convenient, right by the ferry pier and perfect for exploring Lake Como. The dining experience was delightful, and the delicious dishes were even brought up to our room with a balcony and lake view at no extra cost.
